CCWR Advisory Committee

In the spring of 2005, the CCWR Board formed an advisory committee of interested wildlife rehabilitators to work with Nicole Carion, CDFG Wildlife Rehabilitation Coordinator, on a variety of tasks.

The first meeting of the Advisory Committee was held in May 2005 in San Pedro, CA. During the meeting, Nicole outlined some of the projects that she would like CCWR's help with, including organizing regional meetings and creating a new rehabilitation permit application form. Nicole has also requested advice from the committee on rehabilitation protocol issues. The main focus of the advisory committee is to assist Nicole in whatever way it can. CCWR is excited to be work with Nicole and helping to promote professionalism in the field of wildlife rehabilitation.
